Shipping
We ship within the United States only. After you order, we review it and email an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, orders ship within 3 to 5 business days; the shipping cost is shown on the invoice. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes the package. Reserved items are invoiced and ship when released, and we email you when that happens.
Returns
Arrived damaged, defective, or wrong? Email care@kldskn.com within 14 days and we make it right at our cost. For change of mind, unopened and unused product can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return shipping is the customer’s, and we refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving it. For hygiene, opened skincare cannot be returned unless it was defective.
Privacy
We collect only what an order or question needs: name, email, phone if given, and shipping address, plus basic analytics on how the site is used. It is used to process your order, send your confirmation and invoice, support you, and improve the site. We share data only with the services that run KLDSKN: Netlify (hosting and forms), Resend (email), and the Meta pixel (ads and analytics), which may share limited activity with Meta. We do not sell your personal information, and you can opt out of ad tracking in your browser or device settings. Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a finished sale. We review each order and email an invoice; the sale is complete only when we accept it and you pay. We may decline or limit any order.
